Mpango wetu wa Kula kwa Uwajibikaji

Mpango wa Kulisha kwa Uwajibikaji ni mpango wetu wa uendelevu wa muda mrefu uliolenga kuunda thamani na athari ndani ya mnyororo wa usambazaji wa uzalishaji wa chakula ambao tunafanya kazi nao. Mpango huu unatupatia uwezo wa kuipa kipaumbele fursa na shughuli, zote katika ngazi ya kampuni na katika ngazi ya kila kitengo cha biashara. Mpango huu umejengwa juu ya nguzo nne: Kulisha kwa Chakula, Mnyororo Endelevu wa Usambazaji, Kukuza Jamii, na Wafanyakazi Wenye Mafanikio.

Tunashirikiana na wateja na washirika ili kuweka wanyama na afya huku tukiboresha uzalishaji wa protini salama na wenye afya kutoka kwa wanyama. Kupitia kubadilishana maarifa, tunaendelea kuboresha ubadilishaji wa chakula cha wanyama kuwa protini na kuimarisha biashara ya wakulima kwa kitaalam. Tunachangia katika upatikanaji wa chakula salama na chenye virutubisho vingi kinachozalishwa kwa njia endelevu.

Nguzo ya Feed for Food inafunika shughuli zinazohusiana na mada zifuatazo: usalama wa chakula, ubadilishaji wa chakula kuwa protini, afya ya wanyama, kupunguzwa kwa matumizi ya antibiotiki, matumizi ya mabaki yaliyosalia.

Mnyororo wa Usambazaji Endelevu

Tunashirikiana na wateja na washirika wa mnyororo wa usambazaji katika mnyororo endelevu wa usambazaji kutoka kwa malighafi hadi chakula. Tunashirikiana na washirika wakuu katika mnyororo wa usambazaji wa protini ya wanyama ili kufanya mnyororo wetu kuwa endelevu zaidi kwa kuendeleza mbinu mpya za kilimo na dhana za biashara, kutumia rasilimali za asili kwa ufanisi na kupunguza uzalishaji wa gesi chafuzi.
